Dear Wally,
I received a call from the bank as the deceased lawyer enquiring about you as the rightful next of kin which I briefed them about my awareness and told them to go ahead in the probate matter and release the deceased estate to you as the rightful next of kin. They also complained about the delay in filling the form sent to you to fill and return with your information’s. In respect of this I sent to them the full detailed information which you sent to me for the form filling.
They have received the information’s and requested for your international passport copy or any of your valid identity. So kindly send any of this to the bank so as to do the needful.

I went down to the state library this morning and got a photocopy of my drivers license done for you.
I have posted the photocopy by Airmail express to:

We actually have sent NOTHING at all.
He will be "pissed off" because that is a fake address probably. Now he's either going to say he received it, or he didn't get it at all.
Either way we will tell him someone that called "Barr Adams Dejani" "signed" for it as the Post Office have sent us the receipt copy to prove it!

This is important so that they will know that everything is coming directly from the rightful beneficially. Kindly do so and confirm to me that you have done so.
I will be travelling to a neighbouring country in the next two days, I have a case am handling in Kuwait and will be back in couple of days and would like to be briefed about some progress on my return.

Barr is in a panic. This is NOT what he wants, so he tries to "Gloss" over our indiscretion, and stall for time as he asks us to "scan" it and email it to the bank. He would now be seeking "advice" on what is going wrong with his "scam" and how to steer it back on course.

but I didn't know for sure how good the address was as there is NO street name or No Number mentioned, that is why I also posted the copy to you, just to make double sure someone receives my confidential information.
Crikey, it cost me nearly over $40 to send both of them registered express!
Also that Nasser strikes me as being a bit of a grumpy old bugger, as his emails are always rude, so I don't trust him at all. That is why I prefer to deal with you as you appear to be a bit more trust worthy. I bet Nasser is a big fat old geezer that smokes cigars and farts a lot. I don't like him much, he probably molests his secretary too. Once I get the money in my account, he can go root his boot.
I will also be away for 2 days, I leave tonight in the truck for the Markets and won't be back until tomorrow night.(I get "double" the usual rate for travelling "overnight" so it is certainly worth it)

He is definitely in a "flap" now. His lousy grammar is even lousier now in this reply below. You can pick that he is getting angry at losing control of the situation, he even tells us to "scan" the info again, even though that is why he is doing all this for us remember!

As there is no street or number mentioned from Nasser, You suppose to ask for it or you better do what I asked you by scanning it to the bank's email address or to his personal address because they will not get it and i will not be around to pick my up and will not like my co-lawyers to pick it up for me as this business is strictly handled by me alone as the principal attorney in my chamber.
Please don’t mind any how Mr. Nasser is behaving, once we are through with them everything ends.
So kindly do what I asked you to avoid any embarrassments and delay because I believe that they may not even be chanced to pick it up.

We include a list of "Real" lawyers in Dubai, and even include HIM in the list!
We now "hint" that we may be dealing "direct" with the bank behind his back!

If your postal service cannot find the Dubia Bank in the middle of a city, then there must be something wrong with your city? I told you before that I don't have a scanner, to scan the bloody thing with, so I can't email it! Are you just stupid or forgetful. I thought that was why you offerred to help fill the f%$#ing forms out because I dont have a scanner
I am going to look up some other Lawyers in Dubia on the Internet before I go tonight, and find another one to do my business if you are going to just keep pissing me around.

so sport, apart from yourself there are plenty to choose from. I have also written to fatso Nasser and told him that you have the copy of my identification and are refusing to give it to him until I pay you $2million dollars from my inheritance that you are demanding from me.
He has just written back and advised me that I should be dealing direct with him, and he recommends their lawyers Asociated Business Attorneys who do the banks work, and that he will personally be investigating your practices!
If you want to be a part of this deal, then you need to be a little more co-operative sport, otherwise I get someone else i can TRUST. All you got to do is POST him the flaming letter when you get it. What will it cost you, 2 chickens maybe... well i will pay you 1 goat to send it to him.

This scammer is in a real quandry now. He doesn't know what the heck is going on. He remembers that it was "his" idea to "fill" out the form for us, as we didn't have a scanner!
He also sees that we have done some "homework" and want to replace him, but the big issue is our "claim" that Nasser from the bank is writing direct to us.
This is confusing him now, as he probably plays both "roles", and figures that we are trying to "pressure" him, by claiming this.
