Sorry to be bothering you again so soon, but I have just come from a business meeting with my contractors where it was revealed that a major construction tender for the building of a multi-storey carpark in the CBD is available.
I think that this would be a good investment for you, as the project is underwritten by several multinational insurance companies including the AMP and MLC Corporations Australia.
I would anticipate that an initial investment of $7 to $8m would be sufficient to secure a place on the board of directors. Further quarterly injections of around $2 - $3m should see a stable return of around 18% PA.
To secure this investment portfolio you would need to have the funds available no later than the close of business on the 6th of September AEST.
Please advise if this is suitable and convenient for you ASAP. These deals don't popup very often.
I hope this is useful. I took the liberty of opening a new banking account, that is imprested off our main account today. This should help with disclosure to the Taxation department in relation to the transfer of your funds.

With respect your concern as regards the 15%; Note that the total funds are shared after all expenses - Tax inclusive - are sorted, which means that your 25% is calculated after and not before. It is very important that we clear the air as regards this to avoid any form of arguments later, so kindly let me know if this arrangement is ok with you.

Okay, fair enough, clear the air as you say. It is agreed then that the 25% commission payable to me is to be calculated on the Nett worth, after the deduction of 15%, mapped aside for Fees and Taxes right.
I understand that the time frame for the CBD carpark portfolio is a little "tight" for you, so I have decided to participate in the project myself.
Bearing in mind that this investment belongs to Northside Plumbing & construction, and will become part of NPC's capital investment program. To "clear the air" as you say, this will be my investment and nothing to do with you as you will not be contributing.
My proposal will be as follows:
NPC will shift some assets and restructure our current stock holdings to raise the necessary $7m to secure our contract and corporate standing.
In 10 days NPC will then "show" your transfer of the $38.5m as an "offshore" investment into this project. I will then immediately take control of my 25% commission and "payout" the initial $7m investment, and replenish the asset shifts initially required to secure the portfolio.
That will then leave the balance (your share) floating in our "slush" fund attached to the CBD project. This will avoid any issues arising with regard to the ATO and will present as a legal transaction on paper. I will then be able to negotiate with the board of directors and keep my company afloat through these difficult times of hardship we are presented with.
All that remains then is to transfer your share back into any financial organization or bank you desire.
One thing that bothers me though, and this really bothers me? It's as if you are not reading my emails properly. I have already provided you with my Full name and Address several times, so why do you keep asking for me to repeat myself? I am beginning to wonder as to the integrity of your proposal, and am becoming concerned that perhaps I have already provided you with too much personal and business information.

Christ, if you really read all my messages carefully, then you should get
the idea that I am getting annoyed with your impudence sir.
I don't know what things are like over in the Bahamas, but I am sure we do
business a lot differently here in Australia sir! I mean by your own
admission you guys stuffed up and ripped of some contractor and thats how
you got your hands on the money in the first place.
Well let me tell you Vinnie, I ahve worked my arse off to build up my
company to what it is today. I started off with one shovel back in 1989, and
worked damn long hours to get to where we are today. I dug trenches by hand
from morning to dark! I didn't make my money from taking sh&t from anyone.
Personally, I am beginning to wonder about your integrity and whether YOU
can handle large sums of money. Sh&t I went out today and spent over
$400,000 buying a new bulldozer. No rooting around, just walked into
Caterpillar, told them what I wanted and transfered the funds straight away!
For your information, the dozer was delivered to our depot this evening..
Thats how we do business here buddy. I didn't give a toss where the salesman
lived or what his effing address was.... I just bought a D8 dozer straight
up, no f&%king about.
