We are pleased to investigate the possibility of a business relationship with you.

The SS Nellie Melba is currently steaming up the West coast of Africa, and is due in in a few days. As you can appreciate, we do not have much time to make the arangements.

We will require your business details, and a telephone number that the Captain can contact you on when he docks.
The goods will be unloaded onto the wharves in refrigerated shipping containers that you can access at anytime, 24hrs a day.
We do ask that you exercise common sense and only open 1 container at a time to prevent spoilage.
Empty containers are to be left with the doors open and clipped back, with the refrigeration unit switched off at the power box.

You will solely be responsible for this and all safe work practices, as our ship will be sailing immediately it has finished unloading the shipping containers.
